Scott Andersohn
Scott Andersohn has been the Director of Human Resource and Survey Services at BIS for over seven years. Among Scott’s areas of expertise at BIS are Leadership and Supervisory training, Performance Management, Sexual Harassment, and others.
Scott has over 20 years of experience in consulting, compensation, leadership skills, performance management and human resource management. He has consulted in these areas worldwide, focusing in Europe, South America and Asia. His prior positions include: Director Human Resources, Compensation Director, Compensation/Performance Management Consultant, and Survey and Research Manager.
Scott holds a BS degree in Organizational Psychology from University of Illinois at Chicago, an MS degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University, and an SPHR designation from The Society for Human Resource Management.
