Steve Gilbert
Steve Gilbert has been a full time senior consultant with BIS since 1997. Steve utilizes his 15 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, and education in his role as a workforce development consultant. He specializes in all aspects of technology training and development. Specific instructional areas of expertise include: GDT, welding, blueprint reading, machining, electronics/electricity, precision measurement, programmable logic controls, process documentation, and curriculum development.
Steve holds degrees and certificates in business management, engineering, and welding.
William Johnson
Bill Johnson has been an Associate Professor/Program Manager with a local community college since January 1980 and has worked with BIS since 1991. He has developed curricula and instructed in the fields of Electricity, HVAC, Welding, and other technical courses.
Bill holds several certifications from Moraine Valley Community College and the United States Marine Corp.
Michael Kriegsmann
Michael Kriegsmann has over 10 years of experience designing mechanical and electrical components for companies such as Parker Hannifin and Caterpillar.
