• transfer key know-how and control (how much or how little)
• select and develop global suppliers
  

Keys to Doing Business Successfully in International Markets

Learn to:

• do business successfully in China
• hire successfully in China
• select business partners and due diligence
• understand ethics in international business
• negotiate successfully in international business
  

Total cost for one set of 3 sessions: $550 with grant funding ($1,100 without grant). The total cost includes one set (Global Strategic Analysis & Design, Keys to Growing Sales in International Markets, and Keys to Doing Business Successfully in International Markets) of 3 sessions.
