This course is designed for project leaders, engineers, managers, technicians, administrators, and anyone responsible for tracking the status of single or multiple projects. It is designed as a prep course for those individuals planning to take the PMP®'s Project Management certification examination. It is also for individuals who want to understand the principles, practices and terminology used when managing projects. Every participant receives a copy of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMPBOK® Guide), Third Edition, and PMP Exam Prep, Fifth Edition.

Project Management for the Sales Professional

This class offers the tools and techniques necessary to effectively manage multiple customer relationships.

Topics include:

Increase success as a sales professional by learning:

  • project tools, processes, and best practices to increase effectiveness
  • current business practices in selling and what works and doesn’t work
  • the framework needed to manage an account as a project
  • to manage multiple relationships using a project methodology
  • skills that will develop a successful sales career
