Lean Tools Implementation Certificate

This Lean Tools Series has been designed to address, in detail, the tools and techniques you need to implement Lean in your organization. Instead of merely learning and applying one or two tools of Lean, learn all the techniques to ensure you can use the correct approach for your company’s unique situation.

This training combines lectures, simulations and case studies to help ensure you understand not only what each technique is, but also how to apply it to a real life situation. The schedule of workshops allows you to cover the entire training in as little as 3 months.

At the end of this series of workshops, you will be able to:

  • Introduce Lean principles to your organization
  • Lead a team through Value Stream Mapping
  • Create and implement a Lean Value Stream in all areas of your organization, including manufacturing and administrative areas
  • Use Kaizen Events

In order to receive a certificate of successful completion for the entire series, participants must pass a short examination given on the day of the course. Alternatively, participants may enroll in individual workshops.
