Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification
Six Sigma Black Belt training prepares project leaders, technical leaders, and quality improvement team leaders to lead and implement the tools and techniques of the proven Six Sigma methodology.
The goal of this training is to offer the tools for leaders to take back to their companies to achieve significant improved financial results immediately. The training includes 160 hours of classroom time, with instructor led, hands-on, demanding and thorough instruction over a four-month period one full week per month. During training, Black Belt students work on an actual identified management-approved project that can realize at least $100,000 in cost savings to the organization. The instructional design process involves learning a technique and then applying it to the working project.
